1. Agreement to Terms
By hiring KwikPro Jurupa Valley Landscaping for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
2. Services Provided
We provide professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree services, and more. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard practices and equipment. Specific details of each service will be outlined in your service agreement or quote.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Prices may vary based on property conditions, material costs, or scope changes. We will notify you of any price adjustments before beginning work. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement, and we accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
We will schedule services at a mutually agreed time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We also reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or equipment issues.
5. Property Access and Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing clear access to work areas and ensuring pets are secured during service visits. Please inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or hidden hazards on your property. While we take care to protect your property, we are not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed hazards.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 7 days, and we will work to resolve the issue. Plant materials and sod carry a limited warranty based on proper care and watering. Warranties do not cover damage caused by weather, pests, or neglect.
7. Liability
KwikPro Jurupa Valley Landscaping is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance to protect against property damage or injury during service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions or issues outside the scope of our work.
8. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 14 days written notice. Termination does not affect payment obligations for services already completed. If you terminate a project mid-completion, you are responsible for payment for work performed up to that point.
9. Disputes and Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Riverside County, California. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
